⭐️ Snail Mail Delivery

Snail Mail Delivery is not tracked and I can not give a proper estimate as to when exactly your order will arrive. For US customers, you can expect your order within 5 – 7 business days. For international orders, please expect your order within 7 – 14 business days. I am not responsible for lost mail once in the hands of USPS, DHL or UPS.

⭐️ Tracked Delivery

Checkout options will be able to give you the most accurate estimates for your order! Customs and duties are to be paid by the customer when applicable. I am not responsible for lost mail once in the hands of USPS, DHL or UPS.

⭐️ International Shipping

At this time, I am unable to accommodate to shipping outside of the US and Canada. Due to the tariff situation in the US and because I am just starting out, I am not shipping to more countries yet. Hopefully you will see that I am shipping to your country soon, until then thank you for waiting patiently!

⭐️ Lost Mail

Please contact me ASAP!! I am not liable for lost mail once is in the hands of USPS, DHL or UPS, but I'll try my best to help you navigate the unfortunate situation.

⭐️ Processing Time

Orders will ship between 1 – 5 business days once confirmed. Please keep in mind that orders can not be canceled or changed once shipped. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. 

Returns and Refunds

At this time, I am not able to accept returns. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. If anything is wrong with your order upon arrival (missing items, damages, etc.), contact me ASAP. I can offer refunds for the items ordered but not for shipping costs.

💫 Do you take commissions?

Yes! Please go to the contact tab on the menu to fill out the form and I'll talk to you as soon as I am available. I also do graphic design work, if you are interested please contact me and I can send you my portfolio and we can go from there.

💫 Do you offer discounts or sales on your products?

I do! Sometimes my products don't print the best or other little things happen to them and when that does happen, I will offer b-grade stock at a discount. I also host sales during the holidays and discounts on occasion.

💫 Why are my stickers not cut the same?

I make my stickers in house and do not have a professional cutting machine. Two of the same stickers will not look the same as I am human. I try my best to cut as evenly and precisely as possible but it's just me and my scissors against the world.

💫 Do you sell your original artwork?

At this time I am not looking to sell my artwork. Most of illustrated work is quite small so I do not feel like it would be worth selling. My fine art work is very precious to me and I don't think I can let go of it just yet, sorry!
